Spring Golf Outing – Thursday, June 5th, 2025

Location: Chateau Elan Golf Club at 6060 Golf Club Dr, Braselton, GA 30517.

Registration & Breakfast: 7:00am – 9:00am, Golf: 9:00am – 2:00pm.

Registration fee is $150 per person which includes breakfast, lunch, golf, and two drink tickets.

Prizes awarded for competition holes and first place team.

Arrival & Check-in: 11:30am – 12:00pm

Meeting & Lunch: 12:00pm – 1:15pm

Speaker: Patrice Radogna

Topic: Everything ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plans)

 Patrice is a managing director at CBIZ,  a national provider of financial, insurance, and advisory services, where she co-leads CBIZ’s national ESOP practice and sits on CBIZ’s Fairness Opinion Committee.  She specializes in advising shareholders of middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions, fairness opinions and other consulting advisory services. In addition, Patrice has been instrumental in leading per previous firm’s (Marcum LLP) national ESOP practice. Patrice is on the Valuation Advisory Committee for the ESOP Association, speaks on various topics at national ESOP conferences, and regularly publishes for both internal company-wide ESOP newsletters and outside publications.  Patrice also started her career working with construction companies as a surety underwriter in New York City.

Volunteer Event  – Friday, May 16th

When: May 16, 2025

 Time: 9AM – 12PM

Location:  Sugar Creek Garden in Decatur: 415 East Lake Dr, Decatur, GA 30030

Description: We’re teaming up with the Wylde Center at Sugar Creek Garden in Decatur to support their mission of cultivating green spaces and healthy communities. Volunteers will weed, remove invasives, mulch, compost and do light construction.
