We’re excited to have you join us at Meals on Wheels Atlanta! At a time when 1 out of 6 Georgia seniors do not know when or where their next meal will come from, it takes caring folks like YOU to bridge the meal gap. Your time is deeply appreciated and urgently needed. Please review your volunteer service details below. And of course, contact us with any questions or concerns. Registration Details As you can imagine, it’s always important to know how many guests will be at the table! Please have every volunteer in your service group pre-register for your confirmed service shift.  It’s super easy, eliminates the hassle of pesky paper forms upon your arrival and helps our dedicated staff prepare for your arrival. Please follow the steps below to register with your team:

Volunteer Confirmation Details Service Area: Meal Preparation Date: August 21, 2019 Time: Please arrive at 9:00 AM for orientation. Immediately following orientation, your group will be escorted to your project. Location: Meals On Wheels Atlanta 1705 Commerce Drive NW Atlanta, GA 30318 Help our Hungry Seniors. Bring some Canned Goods. As a stop-gap for seniors in immediate need, we have an Emergency Pantry for those who are on our waiting list for home-delivered meals. As a result, we rely on donations of canned goods to stock the shelves of the pantry. It’d be awesome if volunteers can bring canned goods with them on the day of your volunteer shift to help our seniors in need! Attached you will find a one-pager with “most needed items”.
